Secure $365,000 in working capital by EOD Q3 2024 to fund MVP development and initial launch phases.

  • Target Impact Investors, Foundations, and Angel Investors aligned with our social impact model.
  • Allocate funds for MVP development ($175k), Launch & Marketing ($90k), Operations ($50k), and Contingency ($50k).

MVP Development & Product-Led Growth

Current State

A functional proof-of-concept prototype has been successfully completed and tested with co-design partners, validating the core value proposition.

Objective

Execute a focused development sprint in August 2024 to build a secure, scalable, and market-ready MVP designed for product-led growth.

  • Finalize technical roadmap and MVP feature set based on prototype feedback.
  • Engage a third-party for a HIPAA compliance audit before coding begins.

Audience Building & Pipeline Development

Current State

Primary channel is our strategic incubation with the ASA, providing access to over 5,000 member organizations.

Objective

Build a qualified waitlist of 50+ CBOs by EOD Q1 2025 through a content-driven engagement strategy.

Next Steps

  • Develop foundational content (white papers, case studies) addressing CBO pain points.
  • Launch a targeted webinar series in partnership with ASA.
  • Systematically engage CBO decision-makers on LinkedIn.
  • Secure a speaking slot or workshop at the next ASA conference for live demos.

Beta Program & Market Validation

Current State

A two-phased beta program is planned to follow the completion of the MVP.

Objective

Execute a Closed Beta in Q4 2024 for product refinement, followed by a Paid Public Beta in Q1 2025 to validate the commercial model.

Next Steps

  • Conduct Closed Beta with 3-5 trusted CBOs for final polishing and stress testing.
  • Launch Paid Public Beta with 3-5 new CBOs to validate pricing and generate success stories.
  • Gather quantitative impact data, targeting a >50% efficiency improvement for partners.
  • Aim for a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 40+ from all participants.

Legal, Compliance & Risk Management

Current State

Product architecture is designed for HIPAA compliance from the ground up, with partner discussions protected by NDAs.

Objective

Establish trust as a core brand pillar by ensuring the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.

Next Steps

  • Formalize internal policies for Data Privacy, Security, and HIPAA.
  • Prepare a standardized Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for all customers.
  • Secure appropriate cybersecurity insurance coverage prior to public beta launch.
